This is a continuation from my comment on Pixiv. I wanted to try to make mooncakes that are more on the savory side. In a way like making pot pies. I'm thinking of a pizza mooncake. Like. The dough is shaped to make the outer shell and is added with the marinara sauce,cheese and toppings but the cheese and toppings will layer each other in a stack so when the seal is added to cover the mooncake after it is shaped then its baked until the surface feels very hot to imply the cheese has melted,and when you go for the cross section. You have made yourself a delicious fusion of mid-autumn delights and culinary foods of savor. Imagine the Flavor,Envision the Image,Savor the Thought,Make it a Reality.
